About the workout: Shed believes in safe and effective movements that maximize strength gains and promote cardio health. SHEDs 40/40/20 format is what you will get while in a workout: 40% strength training, 40% cardiovascular endurance and 20% anaerobic training. Through this format, we help our clients achieve strong and lean results.

- If you dont use your muscles, you WILL LOSE your muscles. Make an effort daily to get moving!

- No, you will not get bulky if you use heavier weights

- Amazing abs are achieved by putting in work in the gym AND a healthy diet that fuels your body. So, yes, you must eat better….its hard. ;(

- Try pushing whatever exercise you are doing until you cant do it anymore! Dont settle on a number of reps... push yourself!

- Combo different exercises to challenge your body. Keep it guessing.

- Like everything else, set goals and stick to them! The results will come if you are consistent.
